How to switch your order to a different CGM-type (Dexcom or FreeStyle Libre)

Overview: 

This article shows you how to switch your CGM subscription to a new type of sensor. If you're currently using Freestyle Libre CGM and want to switch to Dexcom CGM [OR] currently using Dexcom CGM and want to switch to Freestyle Libre CGM).

Note: You are only able to switch your CGM type if you're signed up for an ongoing CGM subscription. To sign up for a subscription, visit How to Order More Sensors (CGMs)

How to switch to a new CGM-type (Dexcom or FreeStyle Libre):

  1. Log into your Levels member portal here. 
  2. Click the Manage Account button
  3. Select Manage CGM Kit Subscription
  4. Scroll down to the Change you CGM Kit Type section, and select Change to Manual-scan sensor (Freestyle Libre) / Real-time sensor (Dexcom G6)

You will start receiving the new CGM-type in your next subscription shipment.
