How to Pause All CGM Shipments

This article provides an overview of how to pause all future CGM shipments until you're ready to restart again.

How to pause your CGM Subscription:

  1. Log into your Levels member portal here.
  2. Click Subscription in the upper right-hand corner of your screen.
  3. Click the Manage button.
  4. On the 'Manage your Subscription' page, click the Manage Subscription button.
  5. Click the Cancel Subscription button.

Your CGM subscription will be paused (i.e. you will not receive any more CGM shipments) until you choose to restart it again. You can restart your subscription anytime by following these instructions: How to Order More Sensors (CGMs)
