How to Cancel your CGM Subscription


This article provides an overview of how to cancel your recurring CGM subscription. 

The instructions below will only be applicable to members who have signed up for a recurring CGM  Subscription (i.e. monthly, bi-monthly, or quarterly CGM shipments). If you only signed up with a one-time purchase, you do not have a subscription and you will not be charged for any additional sensors.

How do you know if you're signed up for a subscription? Your member portal home page will confirm your subscription status. 

Subscription Cancelation Policy

We will send out a reminder for CGM subscription renewals 5 days prior to the billing date. Once your payment has been processed, it cannot be canceled. Due to the nature of the medical devices we use with our product, we are unable to accept returns. If you wish to cancel, please do so before your subscription date.

How to Cancel Your CGM Subscription

  1. Log into your Levels member portal here.
  2. Click Account in the upper right-hand corner of your screen.
  3. Click the Manage Sensor Subscription button.
  4. Click the Cancel Subscription button.

Once you have cancelled your subscription will no longer be charged for, or receive, new CGMs. If you'd like to order more CGMs at any point in your membership, visit: How to Order More Sensors (CGMs)
