How to Update Your Account Information

Overview:  

This article walks you through how to update the following account information: payment method, email, phone number, and shipping/billing address.

Please note that the instructions for how to update your account information will vary depending on whether you are someone who currently holds an ongoing (monthly, every other month, quarterly) CGM subscription, or a one-month Starter kit only.

How to Update your Account Information IF you have a CGM Subscription:

To update the name or phone number associated with your account, please email support@levelshealth.com and a Support team member will be happy to update it for you.

To update your shipping/billing address, email address, and/or payment method, please follow the instructions below:

  1. Log into your Levels subscription management portal here.
  2. Click the Billing Portal button. Note: if the Billing Portal button doesn't work when you click it, this means you do not have a subscription and instead should follow the second set of instructions below for members who have ordered the one-month Starter Kit only.
  3. From the Billing Portal menu..
    • Click Update Information if you want to update shipping/billing address & email address. Click Save. Please note we are unable to change your shipping address for your most recent shipment if you've already received tracking information via email, but please still reach out to our Support team at support@levelshealth.com to let them know and they will do their best to help! 
    • Click Add Payment Method if you want to add a new payment method. Once you enter your new card details, select the box that says Use as default payment method, and then click Add.

How to Update your Account Information IF you have only ordered a one month Levels Starter Kit:

To update your account information, please email Support@levelshealth.com with the changes you wish to make, and a Support team member will be happy to make these updates for you!

A note on updating shipping information: We are unable to change your shipping address if you've already received tracking information via email, but please still reach out to our Support team at support@levelshealth.com to let them know and they will do their best to help!
