How to Update Your Account Profile Information

Overview:  

This article walks you through how to update the following account information: payment method, email, shipping/billing address, name, phone number, and DOB.


Update Shipping/Billing Address, Email, or Payment method:

  1. Log into your Levels member portal here.
  2. Under the Account Information section, click the Update Shipping and Billing Information button.
  3. To change your payment method, click + Add Payment Method. Once you enter your new card details, select the box that says Use as default payment method, and then click Add.
  4. To update shipping, billing, and/or email address, click Update Information. Click Save. 
    • Please note we are unable to change your shipping address for your most recent shipment if you've already received tracking information via email, but please feel free to notify our Support team at support@levelshealth.com to let them know, and they'll do their best to help! 

Update Name and Phone Number:

  • To update the name or phone number associated with your account, please email support@levelshealth.com and a Support team member will be happy to update it for you.

Update your Date of Birth 

  1. Log into your Levels member portal here.
  2. Update Profile Information section on right-hand side of screen as needed.
  3. Click Save Changes on left-hand side of screen.
