Can I use Levels without internet connection?

Answer: 
  • If you have the Realtime Sensor: You can use the realtime CGM app without internet as long as it's still connected to bluetooth (e.g. airplane mode with bluetooth on still works), but it will not be transferred to the Levels app until you get internet connection again. Once you have internet connection, the data will sync with the Levels app and you will see your glucose data from your most recent bluetooth connection in the Levels app. 
  • If you have the Manual Scan Sensor: You will still be able scan your sensor with the manual scan CGM app and this data will be stored on your phone. Once you get internet connection again, the data will sync with the Levels app and you will see your glucose data from your most recent scan reflected in the Levels app. 

The Levels app requires an internet connection for use, so you will not be able to use the following features in the Levels app until you have internet connection: lifestyle logging, more advanced data interaction, and metrics like the Zone Scoring and Metabolic Scoring.
