Levels Labs Policies

Results Access

Once Levels receives your Labs results from LabCorp, your results will be uploaded to the Levels app for your review. Regardless of your membership status, you will be able to view your Labs results in the Levels app, along with your historical glucose and log data.

If you’d like a copy of your Labs results outside the Levels app, please email support@levelshealth.com and we can send you a PDF copy of your results.


Levels members can request a full refund for unused Labs order within a year of purchase. Refunds will not be issued after one year or once you’ve completed your Labs appointment.

Labs orders expire after one year and must be used within one year of purchase.
