How to Edit an Existing Log Entry

This article walks you through how to edit an Activity log, a Meal log, or a Note in your Levels app.

How to Edit a Log
  1. Open the Levels App on your phone
  2. From your Today page (1), select the day you created the activity log (2) and scroll down to your Timeline to find the log you'd like to edit and tap on it (3)
  3. Scroll down to find the log in the Zone Events section. If you have multiple events in that zone, swipe right or left to find the log you wish to edit.
  4. Tap on the 3 dots icon (1) and select "Edit Log" (2). 
  5. You will now have the option to edit the following fields:
    1. If it's an activity log:
      • Description (1)
      • Start time (2)
      • End time (2)
      • Mark the activity as 'Strenuous' so it doesn't affect your Metabolic Score (3)
      • Tap "Done" to save the changes
      • You can also remove the log completely by taping on the trash icon on the top-right

    2. If it's a meal log:
      • Title of the meal (1)
      • Start time (2)
      • Items logged and their nutritional information, by tapping on each one (3)
      • Add or delete items (4)
      • Tap "Save" on the top right to save the changes
      • You can also remove the log completely by taping on the trash icon on the top-left

    3. If it's a note:
      • Description (1)
      • Start time (2)
      • If you originally didn't have a photo logged, you can Add a photo by clicking the photo icon (3)
      • If you did have a photo logged and you want to change it, simply tap the photo to remove it and include a new one (3)
      • Tap "Done" to save the changes
      • You can also remove the log completely by taping on the trash icon on the top-right

Outcome:
