How long does it take for my order to arrive?

Answer:

Our standard shipping timeline is 4 to 7 days business days for those who live in the contiguous United States. Orders shipping to HI, AK, or PR are expected to arrive in 7-10 business days.

We will send tracking details as soon as your order is en route to you. You can also view your order status and tracking information via your in-app member portal. To view, select the Settings icon in the top left-hand corner of the Levels today page, then -> Member Portal -> Orders Info.

Please note expedited shipping is not available for purchase. If you expect to need a new order by a particular date, please be sure to place your order or update your subscription to process greater than 10 business days ahead of the desired date.
