How to Clear Offline Data

FAQ: 

I can't see the meal log I created on my graphic or my timeline or I'm seeing duplicate logs. How do I solve this?
How do I clear offline data from the Levels App?

Answer:

Currently, offline data includes logs, zones, tags, and insights. If any of these data types have inconsistencies like missing/duplicated records, it’s a good idea to clear the offline data.

If ever you come across issues with event logs (i.e., empty logs, false logs, logging anomalies, etc.), follow the steps below to clear and refresh your data:

  1. Open the Levels app.
  2. Navigate to Settings.
  3. Select Offline Data Manager.
  4. Tap Clear Offline Data.

The app will be restarted automatically, and no data will be lost.
