App | How to Search for Recipes and Insights

To search for recipes and insights on the Levels app:

  1. Open the Levels app 
  2. Tap on "Library", on the bottom-left of the screen, next to the "+" green button
  3. Tap on "All categories" at the top-right of the screen. Here you'll find several articles with guidance and insights - scroll all the way down to find several categories under "Recipes"
  4. You can also scroll all the way down to the bottom of the main screen ("Today" page) and tap on the "Search Insights" button to see personalized insights based on your logged information
