How to Withdraw from Levels Research
As a participant, you can withdraw from Levels' research at any time by emailing research@levelshealth.com the following information:
- In the subject line of email: include "Levels Study Withdrawal"
- In the body of email: include your Levels email account
A member from the Levels Support team will email you back confirming that you have been withdrawn from the study.
If you withdraw, collection of data from the Levels app for study purposes described in the informed consent will stop. You may explicitly request identifying personal data (e.g. name, address, email) to be deleted from the Levels platform. However, Levels will not be able to withdraw participant data that has been coded.
