All services have been restored. You should now be able to login to the Levels app and website without further issue.

We're investigating reports of an outage/interruption across the Levels app and website. 

We believe this is due to an issue with Amazon Web Services, one of our upstream providers.

You can continue to scan your sensor in the LibreLink app and your glucose data will sync to Levels as soon as we're back up and running.

We're working hard to improve reliability and appreciate your patience and understanding in the meantime.
