Resolved: Outage & interruption (03/02/21)

We experienced an outage earlier today during which some members may have been unable to sync from Libre to Levels, save new logs, activities, or notes, or sign into the app. No data was lost during this period.

We believe all these issues to be resolved as of 6 PM Pacific. If you're running into any trouble, feel free to reach out to us via support@levelshealth.com and we'll be happy to help further.
