Overview

Your Levels app offers real-time insights for an improved glucose response, like food swap suggestions and recommended actions. This article provides an overview of this feature and how to use it.


What's the purpose of these insights and recommendations?

At Levels, one of our goals is to help you make better nutrition and lifestyle choices. We believe that one of the most important foundations for building healthy habits is an awareness of how our current actions impact our well-being. We want to shine a light on how small, everyday choices—often made on autopilot—can have a meaningful impact on your health journey.

Where can I find these insights, recommendations & recipes?

On the Today page in your Levels app, you’ll find recommendations based on what’s happening in your logs and glucose responses. Recommendations may include recipes or food swap suggestions. Go to the insight you want to view and  scroll down to view more information
If you need to find a recipe again, go to My Data > select the day the Insight appeared > scroll down and you'll see the link at the bottom of the page. We are currently in the process of aggregating the recipes and making them more visible within the app. 
Since food, sleep, and exercise play crucial roles in metabolic health, the more you log, the more relevant insights you’ll receive. Learn more about the importance of logging your activities here .
